The hat I received is simular color, but significantly thinner than the one pictured. Also the ribbing is very different. It is thin and much less pronounced. It doesn’t seem to resemble the other descriptions in reviews. I ordered my first Nui products with the preorder in November of 2024, with delivery by January 2025 guaranteed. It is now late April 2025 and I have still not received the leggings I purchased.
The customer service has been generally prompt in responding to most of my inquiries and explained issues with the new preorder system. However, I continue to get adds for more new sales and don’t understand why mine aren’t fulfilled.
Overall, I’m very disappointed in my experience with Nui and also torn because I value small businesses and wool products. They just have not been very reliable in my experience and it does not justify the prices.

I have quite a few wool hats but I am looking forward to wearing this most often as the weather turns to fall. It is a chunky knit but not bulky so it should be a comfy hat and not wreck my curls! It is very soft and lofty wool. Love Nui!

This beanie is incredibly soft, and fits nicely, however they run a little big. I am usually medium/large for head accessories (i.e. helmets, sunglasses) and I still found these beanies a little loose. I bought two of these in different colors, and for some reason one of them seemed to ran (even) bigger than the other. I wished the fit was a little less loose but in general I liked these a lot, the help me endure -26C temperatures (I am definitely not use to that kind of cold), and even covered my ears nicely.

Love this hat. Wear it almost every day. It is soft and so warm, stretches well but retains its shape. And it's not itchy on my forehead!
