How do I join?

Do I get anything else for joining?

As a matter of fact, yes! Nui Returns & Exchanges members get early access to product launches and end of season sales via email newsletters. You can also earn by referring friends and family.

How do I earn by referring others?

When you share your unique referral code you give your friends $20 off on their first order of $100+ and get $20 in points for each successful referral.

How do I earn points?

To get you started we give you 200 points just for joining. After that, you will receive 5 points for every US$ spent. You can also earn by leaving us a review, following us on social, reselling on Kidizen ReWear, referring a friend and having a birthday!

Can my points be converted into cash?

That’s a no. Your accumulated points can only be used to redeem for coupons to spend towards your online Nui purchases. Points have no cash value and you cannot give or transfer your points to anyone else.

Do my points expire?

That’s also a no. Your points will remain in your account until you redeem them for a coupon code. But don’t redeem them until you are ready to apply your code, because the codes DO expire after 30 days.

Can I earn points for purchases made during a sale?

That’s a yes. Same rules apply as for full price items. 5 points earned for every $ spent.

How do I redeem my points?

Super simple. Just visit the 'Get Returns & Exchanges' tab to view the reward options and click the 'Redeem' button to redeem your reward.

How do I use my reward code?

Each reward code is unique to your account and the value you redeemed it for. Copy and paste the code to the promo code field in your shopping cart.

Can I split the value of my coupon across multiple orders?

No. You must use the full value of the coupon on one order. The coupon’s value cannot be partially applied, split across multiple orders or saved for future orders. Return of items purchased with a reward coupon will not result in the reinstatement of the reward.

Where can I use my reward coupon?

Nui Reward coupons can only be applied on purchases made at www.nuiorganics.us.

Do my rewards expire?

Yes indeed they do. Your points don’t expire but your coupon codes have a shelf life of 30 days only. So unless you are ready to use a coupon code just leave the points in your account.
